Raga on the podium again after fighting to win in Sigüenza
The battle continued until the last zone, when an all or nothing attempt left the Gas Gas rider on the third box. An excellent race for Borrellas and Casales.
The fourth round of the Spanish Trial Championship (CET) held this Sunday in the town Alcarria of Sigüenza, Adam Raga again enjoyed a podium position after a day in which equality was the overall dominant factor among the top riders.
After the rain that fell on Saturday, the more complicated areas of the race on Sunday made both Adam and his two top rivals, Bou and Cabestany have similar score accumulations along the zones. In fact, until the 9th Section, Raga was only one point behind Bou who was only one point behind ‘Cabes’ who was the leader. However, the final zones would determine the end of the race, in which Adam added a fiasco 'in extremis' which ended all of his chances for victory. The Gas Gas rider took the 'five' being less than two meters from the end of the section, which led him to end with a total of 36 points, two more than 'Cabestany -second- and six more than Bou, the final winner. Like Adam, the other two 'youth' Gas Gas team members in TR-1, Pere Borrellas and Jorge Casales, also showed an excellent result.  Borrellas ended with a major sixth place absolute with 92 points, one more than Casales, who scored the seventh absolute position. the Spanish Trial Championship will rest now until July  15th, when the next round is held in Pobladura de las Regueras (Leon).

Great victory of Adam Raga in the trial of Lozoyuela
The Gas Gas rider finished the race without penalty. Borrellas and Casales were seventh and eighth. The third round of the Spanish Championship was held this past Sunday in Lozoyuela (Madrid), Adam Raga retaliated after the bad taste left from the previous Ibiza race and not only achieved the ultimate triumph but also finished with a score of zero points. Despite the difficult weather conditions with which they started the race, with intense cold and precipitation as well as snow, the Gas Gas rider could use these facts to open the way for him to ride his own race and follow his own pace through the sections. The bet was perfect for Adam, because he managed to complete the two laps and rode each section without any penalties, which lifted him to victory above Toni Bou, who scored a point, and Takahisa Fujinami, who scored 10. The round of Madrid also offered a good performance from the other two Gas Gas riders in the highest category (TR1), Pere Borrellas and Jorge Casals, who finished seventh and eighth respectively. On the other hand, Laia Sanz returned to TR2 after overcoming a knee injury early in the season but despite her victory last week at the uropean female, suffered from physical problems and could only finish in ninth. The championship of Spain will hold its fourth meeting on May 13th in Sigüenza (Guadalajara), although the official Gas Gas team will return to activities on the 28th and 29th of April at the start of the World Championship in La Bresse (France).

Men ikke alle var tilfredse. Mange var utilfredse over skiltenes placeringer. Men de er der jo for at vi skal køre udenom dem og ikke ind i dem   Igen var Lindtek Racing god repræsenteret. Jan Jørgensen, som var rykket fra Elite ned til A, kørte et godt løb og vandt A-klassen. Som sagt Jan Jørgensen er rykket ned i A som ikke alle var tilfredse med, men som jeg ser det så er det netop at fint at de gamle Elitekører, Jan og Søren Vinkler, rykker ned så de nye Akører Har noget at at jagte og prøve at slå dem.   Resultater for alle løb kan ses her her

A bad night in Paris leaves Raga without the second position in the X-Trial season
The Gas Gas rider fell-off in the final and finished the World Championship in third place. The final round of the X-Trial World Championship did not bring any luck to Adam Raga or the Gas Gas team. All hopes of fighting for an indoor win this season began to fade away in the complicated qualifying round as Raga suffered much more than expected, and finally could only finish fourth.
After this bad start, the situation became dramatically more complicated in the semi-finals when the Gas Gas rider had three consecutive “fives” tying him with Albert Cabestany and Alexandre Ferrer. Leaving Raga with no option in the final because of his score being worse than ‘Cabes’ in the qualifying round. In addition to the setback of not being able to fight for the podium, Adam also saw the possibility of finishing second in the final season-end score tally escape from his grasp. Leaving this position mathematically held by Cabestany leaving Raga to settle for third place overall.
Worse were things for Loris Gubian who expected to give a good performance to the audience but suffered a spectacular fall during the qualifying round. Despite the considerable heights of the zones -sometimes dangerous in places- and the impact of the crash, Loris suffered no injuries, but lost all options of entering the semi-final. Next Friday, Nice will host the X-Trial de Nations, in which Raga will form part of the Spanish squadron and Gubian is waiting and will defend the French’s colors.

Only one point separated Raga from the victory in Milan
The Gas Gas rider finished the Trial in a tie with Bou and a parallel race decided the first place. A single point, this is the difference that separated Adam Raga from victory this weekend in the X-Trial of Milan after a tight battle for places of honor that were not decided until the last zone. In fact, the trial ended with a tie on points between the Gas Gas rider and Toni Bou. Although he couldn't receive the honors of the winner, Adam tasted this second place like a victory, being this the most hotly contested race of this season.
The qualifying round was again positive for Adam, wherein the semi-final he was just ahead of Bou.  Indeed, at this stage of the trial the competition was high and after the first four zones Raga had a total of 7 points compared to the 6 of Albert Cabestany and 5 of Bou. The parallel races prior to final left the interim even tighter and the Gas Gas rider gave a recital in which at the end the three final zones, with only one long foot and one point against the two 'fives' of Cabestany. After a spectacular 'five' in the last section, Bou tied with Adam and, despite having already secured the championship title, broke the tie in an exciting parallel race.
Besides the good taste left by the excellent performance of Raga, GasGas’ Loris Gubian reemphasized. The Frenchman had a good qualifying round and showed high-quality details in the semifinal. However, luck did not accompany him on the final leg of the sections, finishing in sixth place absolute.

Adam Raga was about to spring a surprise this weekend at the fourth round of the X-Trial World Championship. He managed to keep the mystery about who would take the win in the Sports Palace of Madrid to the last section of the race. Despite having to settle for second place on the podium, the Gas Gas rider had a masterful performance and he almost tasted victory. Thus consolidating second place in the standings after Toni Bou.
The Madrid round didn't start particularly well for Adam. After a couple of mistakes in the qualifying round, this prevented him from fighting for the last start in the semifinal. However, the difficulty of sections -fairly technical and long- was more dramatic for the rest of his rivals, except for Bou. This enabled him to face the decisive phase of the race with confidence. During the semifinals, Raga had only one rival and all the time resting very close to the championship leader, finishing just two points behind. Aggressive and decisive to the maximum, the Gas Gas rider continued aggressively in the three final sections, forcing Bou to take risks and almost making a couple of
mistakes that left the victory nearly to Adam.
The race also allowed us to see a good performance of the young Gas Gas UK rider Michael Brown, who finished fifth. Moreover, the Frenchman Loris Gubian stayed out of the semifinals after a difficult qualifying round. The XTrial activity resumes again this Saturday in Palma de Mallorca.

Raga returns to the podium with a great riding in Marseille
The Gas Gas rider fought the victory until the final, was second and retrieves this place in the standings. The third round of the X-Trial World Championship, which was held on Saturday in the French city of Marseille, served to make up for the difficult fourth place that Adam Raga obtained a week earlier in Geneva, as it returned on the podium in second place and fought until the end to get the win. The event was marked by a very long and hard sections, and the riders already suffered during the qualifying round. Once again, Loris Gubian showed his good form and surpassed the preliminary round, but hadn't luck along the semifinal and several mistakes at the final part of the first three sections left him without options. Meanwhile Adam overcame the semifinal virtually without penalizing, although the excess time points and the races in parallel punished him more than Bou. The three final sections were a recital by Raga, which was the only one able to overcome them without leaving a single foot, adding only 3 time points compared to the 6 points of his closest rival. Finally, Bou would take the win with 7 points by 12 Raga and 19 Albert Cabestany.
The X-Trial World Championship will return to activity on March 3 in Madrid (Spain), but on Sunday all the favorites will be back faces in the 35th edition of the historic Barcelona Indoor Trial
